Terms of Service

1. General Terms_{• All communication will be conducted through any social media platforms that you have contacted me with.
• Please provide clear and detailed descriptions of what you want. Any references are appreciated to ensure accuracy.
• I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.}2. Payment_{• Payment is required upfront. I will not start the commission until either full or partial payment has been received.
• All payments are to be made through PayPal via invoice sent to the email the client has provided.
• Prices are subject to change based on the complexity and detail of the work. Once agreed upon, the price is final unless additional changes are requested.}3. Process and RevisionsStandard Commissions:
_{• You will receive a sketch or draft for approval before I proceed to the final artwork.
• Up to 3 revisions are allowed during the sketch/draft phase.
• Past the sketch phase, any additional revisions (pose, composition, sizing, etc) will incur an extra fee.
• No revisions are allowed after the final artwork is completed unless it is due to a mistake on my part.}Skeb/Pay-What-You-Want Commissions:
_{• The amount you pay will influence the complexity and detail of the final artwork.
• Once your request is submitted and accepted, you are not allowed to request any changes or adjustments to the art, either during or after the process. You are giving me full creative freedom aside from the character's design.
• There are chances that you may not like how I create certain elements. To help avoid this, please set up notes or a file with all the essential details and references for your character, along with any specific do's and don'ts for them.
• By proceeding with this commission, you understand that after the initial consultation, no additional details can be added or changed. The final product will reflect my personal style in how the model is drawn. As long as the final piece aligns with your design and meets my current standards, refunds or chargebacks will not be permitted. Any attempts to do so will result in the chargeback being contested, a report being filed, and your name being blacklisted.}4. Deadlines and Delivery_{• The turnaround time for each commission varies depending on the complexity of the piece and my current workload. An estimated delivery date will be provided upon acceptance of the commission.
• If you have a specific deadline, please let me know in advance. Rush fees may apply for tight deadlines.
• The final artwork will be delivered digitally in the standard .JPEG & .PNG formats, as well as any corresponding formats that were agreed upon taking the commission via Google Drive or WeTransfer.}5. Rights and UsageArtist’s Rights:
_{• I retain all rights to the artwork, including but not limited to, the right to display, distribute, and reproduce the artwork in portfolios, social media, promotional materials, or any other way I see fit with credit to the commissioner.
• I will not resell the commissioned artwork unless otherwise agreed upon.}Client’s Rights:
_{• You may use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This includes displaying it on social media, using it as a profile picture, or printing it for personal use.
• You may not edit, modify, or alter the artwork without my permission.
• You may not claim the artwork as your own or remove my watermark/signature.}6. Commercial Use_{• If you wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., merchandise, promotional materials, etc.), a separate commercial licensing fee will apply.
• The terms and conditions of this license will be discussed and agreed upon before starting the commission.
• The cost for commercial use is typically +100% of the original commission price but may vary based on the scope of use.}7. Refunds and CancellationsRefund Policy:
_{• Full refunds are only available if the commission is canceled before any work has started.
• A partial refund (up to 50%) may be available if the commission is canceled during the sketch phase.
• No refunds are available once the final artwork is completed.}Skeb/Pay-What-You-Want Commissions:
_{• Due to the nature of these commissions, no refunds or chargebacks are allowed once the commission has been accepted.
• If you attempt to request a refund or file a chargeback, it will be contested, and you will be blacklisted from future commissions.}Artist-Initiated Cancellations:
_{• I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.}8. Confidentiality and Privacy_{• All personal information shared will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of the commission unless instructed otherwise.
• If you prefer that the artwork remains private and not shared publicly, please inform me before the commission starts. I will also ask beforehand for permission to stream the commission on Twitch.}9. Dispute Resolution_{• In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, I will cancel the commission and, if need be, provide a refund.}10. Acceptance of Terms_{• By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms outlined in this document.
